Pamela Akins (Orlando, Fl) graduate of Columbia College (Columbia, Missouri) with a BA in Business Administration with extended studies in Management. She lives in Orlando, Florida and attends New Jerusalem City Ministry under the leadership of Dr. James Farmer Jr. and Co-Pastor Lori Farmer.
Pamela began dancing to the glory of God in April 2003. She is fueled with a passion to worship God through dance to God's people. Pamela dances to the Glory of God demonstrating the admiration, love and passion for our Lord and Savior. As she dances, chains are broken, deliverance takes place and people are healed.
Pamela was apart of the dance ministry Designed2Worship for several years. Pamela branched out on her own to pursue the vision under the leading of the Holy Spirit creating the ministry Worshipers By The Multitudes, Inc a 501 c 3 Organization.
In addition to being the Founder & Director of Worshipers By the Multitudes, Inc.(WBTM), on March 6, 2012, Pamela launched the 1st episode of Worshipers By The Multitudes Talk Show. The Worshipers By The Multitudes Talk Show was created as a resource that would give dancers the opportunity to
listen, participate, and call in questions about praising God through the art of dance. The show discusses an array of topics that would equip, enrich, empower and encourage dancers from all over the
country!
Currently, through Worshipers By The Multitudes (WBTM), Pamela Akins is also the Director of the Dance Ministry at New Jerusalem City Ministry and a member of the International Dance Commission. Her passion for dancing has lead her many opportunities to minister at Conferences, Weddings, Prisons, Pastors Appreciations, Church Anniversaries, and other gatherings. She has had the privilege of ministering at the stage play Jericho’s Walls, Mega Fest 2004 with TD Jakes, The Threshing Floor Revival with Prophetess Juanita Bynum April 2006, and many others.God has truly blessed Pamela with the gift of dance.
Pamela believes that dance is a vehicle that God uses to usher people into his presence…. But the hour cometh, and now the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
